In our EMS-Training you exercise once a week on a fixed date with a personal trainer. 20 minutes of EMS workout are already enough to reach your training goals. The training is so effective, because 90% of the muscle fibres are activated by electrical impulses – twice as many as without external impulses. Due to the presence of our personal trainers, the training can be adjusted individually for every goal and performance.
