In our EMS training you train once a week at a fixed date in a personal training session. Just 20 minutes of EMS workout are enough to achieve your training goals. The training is so effective because 90% of the muscle fibers are activated by electrical impulses - that's twice as many as without external impulses. Thanks to the presence of our personal trainers, the training can be individually adapted for every goal and every level of performance.
